ADMO Lifestyle Holding was established in 2022 as a joint venture partnership between Alpha Dhabi Holding, one of the fastest-growing investment holding companies in the UAE listed on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX: Alphadhabi), and Monterock International Limited, an international private equity holding company with a focus on hospitality and food and beverage (F&B) sectors. Launching in December 2022, ADMO’s first investment the same year was in the Nammos Group, a globally renowned lifestyle and F&B brand synonymous with luxurious entertainment and high-quality gastronomy. In 2023, ADMO announced the launch of Nammos Hotels & Resorts, a luxury hospitality brand, adding another layer to Nammos World offering, with its inaugural property, Nammos Hotel Mykonos, opening its door in Summer 2024. ADMO’s portfolio further expanded in 2023 with the acquisitions of CÉ LA VI Group and a stake in Em Sherif’s global ventures. 2024 saw the launch of AlphaMind, a global lifestyle entity formed between ADMO and Addmind, a distinctive Middle East-based hospitality group, under which sits a range of high-end gastronomy and entertainment brand concepts: CLAP, Bar Du Port, Sucre, Babylon and Iris; with KIRA restaurant and LITT bar to launch in early 2025.
