CE LA VI To Debut in London This Autumn Atop Paddington Square

Southeast Asian lifestyle brand to open West London’s highest rooftop dining destination.

This autumn, CÉ LA VI—the modern Asian rooftop brand—will make its much-anticipated European debut at Paddington Square, occupying the top two floors of the Renzo Piano-designed landmark. Set to become West London’s highest rooftop restaurant, the new venue will offer sweeping views of the capital’s skyline, bringing the energy and elegance for which CÉ LA VI is internationally renowned.
From its celebrated perch atop Marina Bay Sands in Singapore to stand-out locations in Tokyo, Taipei, and Dubai, CÉ LA VI is synonymous with sky-high luxury. The London opening continues this tradition, bringing the brand’s signature vibrancy and sophistication to a new audience.

CÉ LA VI is part of ADMO Lifestyle Holding, a leading group of high end, global, lifestyle, hospitality F&B and entertainment brands, including CLAP London and Nammos. Sanjay Nandi, CEO of ADMO, states, “We’re excited to bring CÉ LA VI, a rooftop dining & nightlife brand born in Southeast Asia, to London. The opening will mark a milestone for ADMO, signifying the group’s rising prominence within the hospitality industry and growing presence in London’s phenomenal restaurant scene.”

Situated within London’s newest dining and lifestyle destination, the two-level space blends modern Asian cuisine with elevated design comprising a vibrant rooftop bar, indoor dining and open air terrace experience. Executive Chef Monchai Ling, whose pedigree includes Hakkasan and Raffles Singapore, leads the kitchen with a menu designed for sharing—featuring bold, seasonal ingredients and a contemporary interpretation of Asian classics.

Designed for sharing and social connection, the menu showcases the best of the region’s ingredients and inspiration, with signature dishes such as Miso Seabass with Green Szechuan Sauce and Lobster Noodles with Aromatic Lobster Oil. A dedicated dim sum offering adds a touch of tradition to an otherwise forward-thinking, flavour-driven experience.

“Dining at CÉ LA VI is about more than food—it’s a journey,” says Chef Monchai. “We take guests through the vibrant heart of Asia, with dishes that spark conversation, curiosity, and connection.”

The venue spreads across two levels, each offering a distinct experience. On the 17th floor, the restaurant and bar come alive with energy from midday until late, evolving throughout the day from elegant lunches and post-work drinks to sultry dinners and late-night cocktails. An open central bar anchors the space, where the bar team craft cocktails with an Asian sensibility—think reimagined classics elevated with regional ingredients and seasonal twists. On the 18th floor, a more intimate experience awaits. A private dining room for up to 14 guests offers floor-to-ceiling views over Paddington Basin—perfect for special occasions, celebrations, or elevated business dinners. A Lounge Bar on the same floor provides a more relaxed, after-dark atmosphere, with live DJs and curated performances creating a seamless blend of dining, drinking and entertainment.

The drinks programme will be equally ambitious. Savvas Symeonidis, Head of Wine and certified Sake Samurai, has curated a distinctive list of rare wines and seasonal sakes designed to complement the cuisine. The cocktail list, led by Andrea Kollcaku, Head of Bars, focuses on craftsmanship, showcasing familiar flavours in refined, unexpected ways.

At the heart of CÉ LA VI’s philosophy is a commitment to transformational hospitality—moments that lift you out of the everyday and into something unforgettable. Whether it’s a vibrant group dinner at sunset, a lingering weekend lunch, or an electric night beneath the stars, every visit is designed to leave a lasting impression.

“Bringing CÉ LA VI to London is a milestone for the brand,” says Harry Apostolides, Co-Founder and CEO. “We’re excited to introduce our unique interpretation of modern Asian dining and elevated nightlife to one of the world’s great cities. London’s spirit of innovation and its appetite for global flavours makes it the perfect home for our next chapter.”

CÉ LA VI London will open in autumn 2025, operating daily from noon till late, offering Londoners and global visitors alike a new destination for sky-high indulgence, exceptional food, and unforgettable experiences.
