Nalu Surf Club opened on Friday 13th September, at Surf Abu Dhabi, home to the world’s most advanced man-made wave. This exciting addition to ADMO Lifestyle Holding’s portfolio, developed with Modon Properties, is located on Hudayriyat Island. Nalu will be a dynamic hub for global connections, inspiration, and a thriving surfing community.
The interior design achieves a flawless balance of rhythm and harmony, inspired by the Californian coast. Neutral tones and sunset colours evoke serene beach evenings, while carved wood and natural materials add warmth. Layered lighting and reflective surfaces create a dynamic atmosphere, with elegant lines and flowing curves. Intricate patterns and perforated partitions blend bohemian inspiration with modern sophistication, resulting in a refined yet relaxed space with grounding raw textures.
Step onto the chic terrace at the Wave Lounge for authentic coastal living. Relax on plush sofas or a stylish sunbed with exclusive surf views. As the sun sets and the DJ’s hypnotic beats fill the air, the Oak Bar Lounge becomes a vibrant haven, perfect for catching up with friends. The bar offers a sensory journey and the beverage menu embodies the spirit of the ocean. Each cocktail and mocktail is a carefully crafted masterpiece, their liquid narratives tell the stories of the world’s most iconic waves.
Executive Chef Denis Placereani has crafted an innovative menu that caters to international tastes. His creations blend bold Latin American spices, comforting global favourites, and Asian-inspired dishes with unique ingredients and techniques. For breakfast, enjoy highlight dishes such as; *Huevos Rancheros (open tortilla, fried eggs, refried black beans, guacamole, mozzarella, pico de gallo), Thai Crab Omelette (swimming crab meat, eggs, microgreens, chili), Egg Royal (salmon, poached egg, English muffin, hollandaise sauce, caviar), Kick Start (soft-boiled egg, sour cream, caviar, zesty-citrus gremolata).
Lunch and dinner offer eclectic global flavors, including; Goong Sarong (crispy shrimps wrapped in kunafa dough, sweet chilli dip), Tataki (aguachile & chili oil), Lobster Catalan (poached lobster, tomato, onion, belle pepper, celery salad, herbs, citrus vinaigrette), Steak Sandwich (wagyu striploin, truffle aioli, brie, arugula, ciabatta bread). For dessert, try The Great Wall (peanut butter parfait, caramelia chocolate ganache) or Lime Tart (Italian meringue, mango ginger compote).
