Adriatic Properties supported the Global Citizen Forum which gathered global VIPs and leaders to exchange ideas about pressing global issues and promoted the idea of global citizenship. Monterock International supported the Institute for Children’s Diseases for the purchase of 41 hospital beds and gifts for 34 children hospitalized at the Institute.

A series of infrastructure investments contributed to the building of elementary schools, high schools, hospital vehicles, church chapels, old town main squares and water supply networks via Adriatic Properties within the local surrounding communities e.g. Budva and other municipalities.
