Monterock International is proud to announce its launch of Danae Suites Santorini, the firm’s third Greece-based, and second Santorini-specific hospitality investment this year (preceded by the opening of Nobu Hotel Santorini and N Hotel Mykonos). Monterock International developed the property rigorously over the past several years, expanding the hotel to approximately 6,500 square meter plot area consisting of 23 rooms.
The boutique hotel is located in the serene and scenic village of Finikia and is just a five-minute drive from the more vibrant coastal town of Oia and a 20 minutes’ drive from the cosmopolitan capital of Santorini, Fira. Complementing its environment, Danae Suites pays homage to Finikia’s traditional complexion, retaining all its suites in Cycladic themed grotto surroundings with pastoral sunsets and sea views. The property’s room sizes range from 25-40 sqm and includes six Regular Cave and five Deluxe Cave Suites, four Junior Suites with Alfresco Jacuzzis, three Honeymoon Suites with Alfresco Jacuzzis, and finally five Exclusive Executives Suites with adjoining Private Plunge Pools, and full Sea Views. The Hotel is also facilitated with and centred around its vast infinity pool which boasts with a breath-taking panoramic view, particularly at sunset hour. The infinity pool is accommodated with a pool bar whereby guests can enjoy local cuisine and native ingredients within their all-day dining and snack menus. Danae’s breakfast area is located indoors, under the pool deck where patrons can savour their morning beverages and sample the lavish homemade culinary.
